West African Drumming Comes to Pittsboro
The Pittsboro Community House hosts tons of great classes, workshops and cultural events. Be sure to check out these drum sessions every Sunday night at 5 PM starting March 20th.

Interested in West African rhythms? Join Diali Keba Cissokho, “griot” from Senegal, for African drumming classes at the Pittsboro Community House from 5:00 – 6:00 pm, starting March 20th. Try it out for just $5.00. If you enjoy yourself, join us for some or all of the four Sundays that follow for just $10 per class. Guaranteed you’ll have a good time and leave able to play at least two African rhythms after just one class! No experience necessary; all ages welcome. Bring your drum if you have one, or let us know if you want to use one of ours (numbers limited).
